Warner Robins GA is a city in Houston County located in Middle Georgia, about 100 miles south of Atlanta. Warner Robins GA is a military community know as The International City located near Robins Air Force Base. Robins Air Force Base was originally an Army Air Corps repair depot named Wellston Army Air Corps Air Depot. In 1947 the base’s name changed to Robins AFB. The air base is Georgia’s largest employer with over 60% of base personnel being civilian employees working logistics, support, and depot repair. ”Every Day In Middle Georgia Is Armed Forces Appreciation Day” is the official motto in Warner Robins GA..

78th Air Base Wing – The wing provides physical, military and community operations and business infrastructure processes for Robins AFB and its 37 associate units. Responsible for logistics readiness, medical, civil engineer, security, comptroller activities, contracting, morale and welfare, mission support, public affairs, legal civilian personnel and environmental management for the installation.
402d Maintenance Wing – The 402d Maintenance Wing (MXW), through 7,000 employees, provides depot maintenance, engineering support and software development to major weapon systems (F-15, C-5, C-130, C-17 and SOF aircraft).
